Physiotherapist
Tryna DeGagne, BMR PT BSc
Postgraduate courses in Women’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Hi! My name is Tryna DeGagne (she/her), and I am a physiotherapist practicing in the area of Women’s Health physiotherapy. I graduated from Brandon University in 2008 with a 3 year Bachelor of Science, and from the University of Manitoba in 2011 with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy. As born and raised Brandonite. Upon opening the clinic in 2014, I found my niche in the area of Women’s Pelvic Health physiotherapy, with a special interest in perinatal physiotherapy and pelvic pain conditions. I have been fortunate enough to travel across North America to take many postgraduates courses in Women’s Health & Pelvic Health physiotherapy.
I am passionate about educating and empowering woman throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journeys, and helping woman connect to their bodies across their lifespan. As a birthing person and identifying as a female, I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate conflicting advice during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or pelvic health symptoms in general. Whether your goal is jumping on a trampoline leak free, to run a half marathon without pain or calmly make it to the bathroom when out in public, I am excited to work with you.
